Most Volume Fill appointments take 60–90 minutes depending on how many lashes need refreshing, the complexity of the fans, and whether a consultation or prep is required. New clients or heavier fills may take slightly longer.
When applied by a trained technician using proper isolation and adhesive, Volume Fill should not damage natural lashes. Proper aftercare and appropriate fan weight prevent strain. If natural lashes are weak, we recommend lighter fills and occasional breaks.
We recommend scheduling maintenance every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness and shape. Individual retention varies with lash growth cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare habits; we’ll assess and customize your refill schedule during each visit.
Avoid eye makeup and oil-based products for the first 24–48 hours to allow adhesive to cure. After that, you can wear gentle, water-based eye makeup and remover. Use lint-free tools and avoid rubbing to extend retention.
Clients with sensitive eyes or known adhesive allergies should request a patch test 24–48 hours before service. We offer hypoallergenic adhesive options and a consultation to determine the safest approach for each client.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid oily skincare around the eyes. Bring glasses if needed and plan for relaxation time. If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before the appointment.
