Frequently Asked Questions

Results generally last 12–24 months depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Oily skin may fade faster. We recommend a 6–8 week color-correcting touch-up and maintenance visits every 12–18 months to refresh color and shape.

Most clients experience mild discomfort rather than pain. We apply topical anesthetic before and during treatment to minimize sensitivity. Numbing significantly reduces pain, and sensations are described as light scratching or pressure; tenderness subsides within days.

Healing occurs in stages: initial darkness and crisp lines for about a week, flaking and lightening around days five to fourteen, then gradual color settling. Avoid water, makeup, sweating, and sun exposure during healing. Full results appear after four to six weeks.

Ideal candidates want fuller, natural-looking brows and have healthy skin. Those with sparse brows, previous tattooing, or hair loss often benefit. Contraindications include pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin infections, certain autoimmune disorders, or recent cosmetic procedures.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, and blood-thinning supplements 48 hours before your appointment. Stop retinol and exfoliants one week prior. Arrive with clean skin and no brow makeup. Bring reference photos to discuss desired shape and color.

Keep brows dry for 7–10 days, avoid saunas, swimming, heavy sweating, and makeup on the area. Apply recommended ointment sparingly, avoid picking scabs, and protect healed brows from sun. Attend a 6–8 week touch-up to perfect color and shape.
