Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and avoid heavy exfoliation or retinoids 48–72 hours prior. Let hair be at least 1/4 inch and inform your technician of any sensitivities or medications.

Waxing itself doesn't cause acne but working on inflamed areas can aggravate breakouts or scarring. We avoid waxing active acne and may recommend alternatives or a dermatologist consult if needed.

Apply a cooling aloe or anti-inflammatory lotion, avoid sun exposure and saunas for 24–48 hours, and skip heavy makeup or exfoliation for two days to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs.
